Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney J. Alex Grimsley has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as a Member.
Mr. Grimsley is a civil trial lawyer and appellate advocate with more than 20 years of experience before state and federal trial and appellate courts across the nation as well as a variety of arbitral organizations. His experience includes defense and prosecution of contract claims, intellectual property disputes, non-compete enforcement, and a variety of business torts, including bad faith, fraud and fiduciary duty claims. In addition, he frequently represents foreign companies in contract and business torts lawsuits brought in U.S. courts and in international arbitrations.
Mr. Grimsley is a member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust and Commercial Litigation sections. He is also a member of the Arizona Bar Association and the Maricopa County Bar Association. Mr. Grimsley received his B.A. from Washington & Lee University and his J.D. from Tulane University.
