Aaron Burrell presented "Employment Law School for Legal Aid Leaders" at the Committee on Regional Training (CORT) and MIE's Supervising Legal Work Training event. Aaron provided a primer on pre-hiring best practices, offer letters, remote working, performance reviews, and post-employment. CORT is a four-state training consortium that provides substantive law and skills trainings for legal services providers in Indiana, West Virginia, Michigan, and Ohio. To learn more, click here.
