Join Dickinson Wright Lawyer Cherie Brant and the Ontario Bar Association’s Institute for the seminar “Developments in Consultation and Economic Participation in Natural Resource Projects” on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at the Twenty Toronto Street Conferences and Events Center in Toronto.
This program will address the latest developments impacting the duty to consult and economic participation in natural resource projects, whether you represent Aboriginal communities, proponents or government. Participants will be eligible for up to 2.0 Substantive Hours.
Ms. Brant will be a panelist on the “Case Study on Aboriginal Economic Participation” panel. This panel will discuss examples of recent economic participation in natural resource projects across the country. Joining Ms. Brant on the panel will be Adam Chamberlain from Borden Ladner Gervais LLP.
