ASE 5th Annual Employment Law Workshop

Join Dickinson Wright Attorney James B. Perry for the 5th Annual Employment Law Workshop, presented by the American Society of Employers, on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Schoolcraft College VistaTech Center in Livonia, Mich.

Mr. Perry will speak at the Plenary Session giving participants a legislative update, both from the federal and Michigan perspective. He will also give a presentation titled “Retaliation, Really?” during the morning breakout sessions. His presentation will review the EEOC’s definition of retaliation and provide best practices and approaches when investigations are necessary and when they go wrong.

ASE’s 5th Annual Employment Law Workshop is a full-day workshop that will address a wide and varied group of topics in the area of employee relations. Attorney-led panels and specialized breakouts will review a number of everyday laws and regulations that impact the employer-employee relationship.
