On this panel, attendees will learn: what can trigger an action; what processes are involved in the U.S. system and elsewhere; how you can help your clients avoid suspension and debarment; and what the potential collateral consequences for your clients are.
Columbus Lawyer Dan Ujczo will be a panelist on “Gordie Howe: A Great Hockey Player and a Vital Link to Cross Border Trade between the U.S. and Canada” on Friday, April 15, 2016. This panel will discuss some of the legal, policy and political considerations that make this international infrastructure project one of the most interesting and challenging projects of its kind.
