As part of Dickinson Wright’s Corporate practice group, Ryan Cooper’s practice is focused on mergers & acquisitions, financing, and general corporate and commercial matters. Ryan has experience representing individual and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of small and large businesses. He also advises lenders and borrowers on financing transactions.

Having practiced in the areas of commercial leasing, commercial real estate, and employment law before joining Dickinson Wright, Ryan is equipped to guide clients through all aspects of business law.
