Rochelle has decades of experience as a Litigation Paralegal specializing in collection and asbestos defense. During 2007 – 2014 she also handled large numbers of foreclosure and Land Contract forfeiture litigation cases. In 2018 Rochelle transitioned from being a Litigation Paralegal to also handling corporate work. In addition to the ongoing asbestos defense matters that she has handled since 2011, she now also specializes in assisting attorneys with business formations, drafting corporate governance documents, maintenance of corporate minute books and monitoring annual corporate filings for over 100 client entities.
