
Richard McNitzky is an associate practicing out of Dickinson Wright's Austin office. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing businesses and individuals throughout Texas. While pursuing his legal career, Rich also obtained a Sports Law Certification, equipping him to address the sports industry's complex legal and business challenges.
During law school, Rich served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Paula Brown of the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. His background also includes valuable experience as an intern for Dr. Condoleezza Rice at the Hoover Institution on War, Revolution, and Peace.
Before entering the legal profession, Rich was a standout member of the Stanford University football team, where he started 52 consecutive games and earned both Pac-12 and national honors. Outside of work, he enjoys running, live music, and playing poker.
