
Patrick Masterson is a corporate associate in Dickinson Wright’s Detroit office. Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy and his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School, where he graduated first in his class. Patrick focuses his practice in a variety of business matters, including general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and banking transactions.
