Nicholas Loyacona has a robust banking and real estate finance practice, counseling financial institutions in commercial lending and real estate development transactions. He also handles construction and renovation projects supported by low-income housing tax credits.
Nick has experience in contract drafting and managing due diligence reviews of titles, surveys, easements, existing leases, and UCC lien searches and filings while coordinating closing with title companies.
While attending law school, Nick served as a judicial extern at the St. Joseph County Superior Court in South Bend, Indiana.
Nick is not yet licensed to practice in Colorado.
