Missy Council

Missy Council is a paralegal in the Nashville office. Ms. Council works in the practice areas of civil and commercial litigation, labor and employment law, class action, formation and operation of start-up and emerging businesses, mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Council has successfully assisted in defending and representing clients in a wide range of legal matters including FLSA wage and hour, insurance defense, premises liability, personal injury and other tort actions, mergers and acquisitions and new and emerging business formation.
