Marlene has been a real estate conveyancer at the City of Toronto Legal Department and at major law firms for over 35 years. She has a wealth of experience, particularly in all aspects of title review with a primary focus on commercial real estate. She has also had considerable experience in conveyancer related matters for agricultural and industrial properties. She is experienced in reviewing titles in virtually all geographic areas of Ontario, plotting complex real property legal descriptions, and dealing with all aspects of real estate conveyancing. Marlene received her law clerk accreditation at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto.
