
A litigation attorney in Dickinson Wright’s Lexington office, Kyle Girouard focuses his practice on environmental law with a particular emphasis on mining, oil, gas, and water law. Kyle comes to the firm from the Kentucky Energy & Environmental Cabinet where he provided legal counsel on complex, technical cases related to natural resources, air, waste, and water regulation. Prior to his work at the Cabinet, Kyle gained trial experience as an insurance defense attorney.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys camping, woodworking, volunteering, and relaxing with his wife and two dogs.
