Kyle Girouard is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Lexington office who works at the intersection of commercial litigation and environmental law. His practice focuses on regulatory compliance, environmental disputes, and due diligence, with experience navigating federal and state requirements, including matters involving the Clean Water Act, CERCLA, and RCRA. Before joining Dickinson Wright, Kyle served as counsel at the Kentucky Energy & Environmental Cabinet, where he handled complex regulatory matters involving air, water, waste, and natural resources. That experience, combined with his background as a trial attorney, gives him a practical understanding of both the regulatory landscape and how disputes unfold in court.
