Jeff Shoenfelt

Jeff Shoenfelt is a corporate attorney in Dickinson Wright’s Fort Lauderdale office, where he focuses on private equity transactions and general corporate matters. He earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During his last year of law school, Jeff gained substantive experience as an extern for a private equity firm in Boca Raton, Florida.
