Dan Poliwoda-Rabinovici is a trial and appellate lawyer. His experience includes trials, appeals, arbitrations and administrative hearings. Dan has appeared as counsel at multiple levels of court, including the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.
Dan’s practice spans a variety of areas, including complex corporate/commercial litigation, intellectual property, trade, government affairs and domestic and international regulatory compliance. He has published articles relating to compliance with sanctions, international trade, labour standards and human rights, and public health policy. Dan continues to be involved at the University of Toronto, with both the Faculty of Law and the Rotman School of Management.
