
Callie is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Private Equity, and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups. She represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies and other businesses in acquisitions, divestitures, strategic mergers, minority and joint venture investments, and other complex business transactions. Callie also provides wide ranging legal advice for privately held businesses and private equity portfolio companies with respect to day-to-day general corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating various forms of commercial contracts.
