
Brian Kocak practices real estate and corporate transactional law, with an emphasis on real estate acquisitions & dispositions, real estate finance, development, construction, and general corporate law. Brian provides counsel to developers, individual land owners, small and medium sized businesses, and financial institutions for all matters related to the purchase, sale, financing, and development of commercial, residential, and mixed-use real estate projects.
