
Brian Kocak practices corporate transactional and real estate law, with an emphasis on general corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and business development. Brian provides counsel to developers, individual landowners, small and medium-sized businesses, and financial institutions for all matters related to the purchase, sale, financing, and development of commercial, residential, and mixed-use real estate projects. He also assists clients in preparing memorandums and capital raise documents for securities matters. Brian’s background in planning and design allows him to be an asset to clients looking to capitalize on the green building movement and sustainable development practices.
