Andrew J. Alvarado is a member in Dickinson Wright’s Austin office who represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including commercial litigation, intellectual property matters, construction issues, and employment-related claims. He works with clients across Texas and Arizona, helping them navigate complex challenges and find practical solutions.

Andrew takes a strategic approach to problem solving, working with his clients and opposing parties to find creative solutions to resolve their disputes without escalating to litigation. But when litigation is the only option, Andrew is a skilled trial attorney and appellate advocate. 

His work has earned recognition from Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” for commercial litigation and appellate practice

  • Negotiated a high-value transaction exceeding $1 million involving the purchase of valuable assets while maintaining client confidentiality
  • Secured a top jury verdict in Arizona in a securities fraud case, ranking among the state’s highest in 2021
