Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Peter Westcott has joined the firm’s Toronto office as Of Counsel.
As a member of Dickinson Wright’s corporate and banking practice groups, Peter has broad experience advising clients on various types of matters, such as structured finance transactions, including securitizations, corporate and commercial finance matters, cannabis, and public-private partnerships. Recently, he has had extensive experience in the cannabis sector, including in his role as Senior Vice President at Aurora Cannabis Inc. Prior to working in-house, Peter held prominent positions at Bay Street law firms, with a focus on corporate and structured finance. He is known for delivering top-notch legal counsel tailored to his client's needs.
Peter received his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia.
