Tenesa Powell Joins the Dickinson Wright Las Vegas Office

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Tenesa S. Powell has joined the firm’s Las Vegas office as Of Counsel.

Ms. Powell handles trademark and copyright enforcement with an emphasis in Internet-related infringement. She litigates in federal and state court, and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Prior to working in intellectual property, she was a partner at an AmLaw 100 firm representing financial institutions and mortgage servicers. Ms. Powell is a seasoned litigator having tried nearly a dozen trials and has conducted well over 200 depositions over the course of her career. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Elissa Cadish.

Ms. Powell is a member of the International Trademark Association. She is recognized by Mountain State Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” for five consecutive years. Ms. Powell received her B.A. from Lewis University and her J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law.
