Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Alex Courtade has joined the firm’s Austin office as Of Counsel.
Alex is an intellectual property attorney with a focus on IP transactions and patents for emerging and complex technologies. He has nearly two decades of experience guiding software and hardware innovations, counseling in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, blockchain, payment systems, networks, communications, and hardware devices.
Alex has advised on the full lifecycle of patent and IP development—from invention harvesting and portfolio management to global filing strategies and transactional matters.
