Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Steven A. Caloiaro has been named a “Twenty Under 40” Honoree by the Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network.
Mr. Caloiaro was honored at the 2019 Twenty Under 40 Awards Gala on Friday, November 8th at the Elm Estate. The program, in its 13th year, selected honorees based on “merit, professional achievements and commitment to community service”. The Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network focuses on cultivating an informed and active young professional community that partner with business and philanthropic organizations to create a vibrant northern Nevada region. Mr. Caloiaro is Of Counsel in the firm’s Reno office. He is an intellectual property litigator with an emphasis on patent and trademark law. He has substantial experience in all phases of patent litigation, including fact and expert discovery, drafting claim construction, summary judgment and appellate briefs. He also helps clients navigate proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including settling inter partes review cases before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Mr. Caloiaro is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Washoe County Bar Association, and the Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network. In the community, he is involved with Animal Ark, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and the University of Nevada Honor’s Program. He is recognized as a leader in his field by Mountain State Super Lawyers Rising Stars and Nevada Business Legal Elite. Mr. Caloiaro received his B.A. from the University of Nevada, Reno and his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
