Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Glenn Richards has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as a Member.
Glenn focuses his practice on the communications industry. He represents VoIP and cloud communication service providers; messaging companies; satellite, wireless, long-distance, and competitive local exchange carriers; broadcasters; equipment manufacturers; trade associations; and others in transactional matters and before the Federal Communications Commission, state public utilities commissions, international regulators, Congress and state legislatures. Glenn also negotiates global telecommunications service contracts for large corporations and helps investors in communications companies manage regulatory risks associated with mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and financings.
Glenn is a recognized leader in his field by Chambers USA, The Legal 500, and Best Lawyers in America. He is a member of the District of Columbia, New York, and Federal Communications Bar Associations. Glenn received his B.S. from West Virginia University and his J.D. from New York Law School.
