Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Parker M. Sinclair has joined the firm’s Columbus office as Of Counsel.
Mr. Sinclair combines his prior private sector business and public policy experience to deliver pragmatic and effective results for public and privately-held companies across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, energy, technology, healthcare, real estate and waste management, as well as nonprofit organizations. He regularly counsels clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, commercial contracts, corporate governance and securities matters.
Mr. Sinclair is recognized as a leader in his field by Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars. He is a member of the Red Shoe Society of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. Mr. Sinclair received his B.A. from the University of Michigan, his J.D. from George Washington University Law School, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
