Michael Hammer was recently quoted in the New York Times article, “Manhattan Has More Secure Buildings Than Most Cities. That Wasn’t Enough.” In this article, he weighs in on the need for increased security measures in light of the Park Avenue office building attack. Michael states that “we’ll probably have to investigate it, look at the local tolerance in the office for an armed guard.
