Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Blair McRadu has joined the firm’s Toronto office as Of Counsel.
Blair focuses his practice on bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency. He advises court officers, creditors, and companies on all aspects of insolvency law, including proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Blair is also regularly involved in both court- and privately-appointed receiverships, and brings a practical, informed approach to navigating complex financial and operational challenges.
Blair is recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in Canada “Ones to Watch” for Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Insolvency and Financial Restructuring Law. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Law Society of British Columbia. Blair received his J.D. from the University of British Columbia.
