Bret McClay Named Of Counsel at Dickinson Wright

Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Bret McClay is now Of Counsel in our Silicon Valley office.

Bret focuses on patent preparation for technology clients. His current matters include prosecuting pending patent applications (both U.S. based and foreign) and drafting patent applications. He has been with Dickinson Wright since 2018 as a Senior Patent Agent and is now looking forward to serving his clients in an attorney capacity. Prior to joining the legal industry, Bret was a software engineer. This experience allows him to interface easily with clients in the technology industry.
