Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Mitchell Lyon has joined the firm’s Lexington office as an Associate.
Mitchell is an intellectual property attorney with a background in mechanical engineering. His IP experience includes counseling clients on patent, trademark, and copyright law, with an emphasis on prosecution, patent and trademark clearance searches, licensing, and rights enforcement in aerospace and automotive technologies, automation systems, medical devices, and software. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mitchell received his B.S. from Purdue University and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
