Attorney Matthew Wiles Joins Dickinson Wright’s Columbus Office as a Member

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Matthew J. Wiles has joined the firm’s Columbus office as a Member.
Mr. Wiles focuses his practice on litigation and employment law. He represents clients in federal and state courts and before administrative tribunals in a range of commercial matters. He also provides pre-litigation dispute representation and preventative counseling in situations where a client desires creative or negotiated solutions to avoid a lawsuit.
His experience includes serving as outside litigation counsel for one of the nation’s largest freight brokers, regularly handling disputes involving double broker scams, cargo loss, covenants not to compete and employment matters. He also represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors in construction disputes, including defect, delay, mechanic’s lien and oil and gas claims. He has also litigated software development and trademark infringement matters.
Mr. Wiles is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the California Bar Association. He is recognized as a leader in his field by Ohio Super Lawyers “Rising Stars”. He received his B.S. from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. from the University of Dayton Law School.
