Lance Anderson (Member, Austin) and William Honaker (Member, Troy) have authored chapters in the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Deskbook for the Business Lawyer: A Transactions-Based Guide to Intellectual Property, Fourth Edition.
The Fourth Edition of the Intellectual Property Deskbook features 23 chapters, including 20 updated chapters and three new chapters on IP assignments; music licensing; and IP issues that arise in advertising. The edition is a practical “go-to” reference for general practitioners, business lawyers, and corporate counsel who need to quickly learn and understand the intellectual property issues that arise in various business contexts. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright matters including litigation in a broad range of technologies/industries.
