Christopher Johnson focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance (with an emphasis on private equity and venture capital matters), commercial transactions, and outside general counsel matters. He is proud to be a trusted legal and strategic advisor to a wide range of business clients, helping them pursue new opportunities while managing and mitigating risk. Known for his collaborative approach, Chris delivers practical solutions that align with his clients' goals and fosters lasting partnerships.
Chris has been recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in America and Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars. He serves on the Board of Directors for Michigan State University’s College of Law Alumni Association. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Denver Bar Association. Chris received his B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law.
