Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that James Stranges has joined the firm’s Toronto office as a Partner.
James’ practice focuses on a wide range of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance. He also provides ongoing corporate and securities law advice to numerous clients. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association. James received his B.A. from the University of Toronto and his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
