Michael Hammer was recently quoted in The American Lawyer article, “Dickinson Wright Joins Seattle Push Via Merger With Local Firm.” The article announces a combination with local firm Ashbaugh Beal, bringing on 11 lawyers with significant experience in construction, corporate, real estate and litigation, among other areas. Michael said the team is ‘ideally suited’ not only for the regional economy, but also helping Dickinson Wright’s clients in the Northwest and beyond. “Additionally, given our large Canadian presence and our robust international practices, this combination will uniquely position [Dickinson Wright] to expand our collective services, given that the [s]tate of Washington borders Canada, and Seattle is considered a gateway to Asia," Hammer added.
