Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Rafael Amador has joined the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office as an Associate.
Rafael focuses his practice on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, securities law, and private equity. As a native Spanish speaker with a bicultural background, he can better address his client's needs when dealing with sophisticated cross-border and domestic corporate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Rafael gained experience in general corporate matters, structuring corporate entities, raising capital via debt or equity financing documents, and commercial agreements.
Rafael received his B.A. with Cum Laude distinctions from the University of Florida and his J.D. with Cum Laude distinctions from the University of Miami School of Law.
