Robert Driscoll was recently featured in a NPR Weekend Edition, “In Louisiana case, the Supreme Court weakens a central part of the Voting Rights Act,” discussing a Supreme Court ruling that invalidated legislative maps in Louisiana, resulting in significant consequences.
