Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorneys Roberta Granadier, Lynn Sirich, and Katheryne Zelenock have been named to Crain’s Detroit Business “Notable Women in Law”. They are featured in a special section that was published on December 11, 2017.

Roberta Granadier is Of Counsel in the firm’s Troy office where she focuses her practice in the area of employee benefits law. She has extensive experience with benefits issues in corporate transactions, executive compensation, medical benefits, and public retirement plans. Her practice includes retirement and compensation planning, consulting and design of qualified and nonqualified plans, stock option and equity-based programs and compliance initiatives regarding fiduciary best practices and internal plan audits. Ms. Granadier is a member of State Bar of Michigan’s Taxation Section and the Oakland County Bar Association. She is a Board Member of Jewish Vocational Services and serves on the Pension Committee of the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan. Ms. Granadier is recognized as a leader in her field by Best Lawyers in America, Michigan Super Lawyers, and Dbusiness Top Lawyers. She received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
Lynn Sirich is a Member in the firm’s Troy office where she focuses her practice in the areas of family and domestic relations law. Her broad range of services includes divorce, complex property settlement, business valuation issues; child and spousal support matters; prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; annulment and separation matters; custody, parenting time and grand parenting time issues; guardianships; step parent adoption; change of domicile, personal protection orders; Friend of the Court matters; enforcement and post judgment issues. Ms. Sirich is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, the Wayne County Family Law Bar Association, the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and the Michigan Inter-Professional Association. She is a Life Fellow and serves as Secretary of the Board of Trustees for the Oakland County Bar Foundation. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Humble Design, a non-profit organization that helps families transitioning out of homeless shelters. Ms. Sirich is recognized as a leader in her field by Dbusiness Top Lawyers. She received her B.A. from Michigan State University, James Madison College and her J.D. from the Detroit College of Law.
Katheryne Zelenock is a Member in the firm’s Troy office where she focuses her practice in the area of real estate. In her practice, she leads a team that closes commercial and multifamily mortgage loans across the country on behalf of leading national lenders as well as smaller regional and local banks, including multifamily and manufactured housing community loans originated for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. She is also experienced in matters related to troubled properties and owners, and the modification, restructuring and workout of financing arrangements, including related litigation and due diligence. Ms. Zelenock is a member of the American Bar Association, the Mortgage Bankers’ Association of America, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Oakland County Bar Association. She is an elected member of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and is recognized as a leader in her field by Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA: Leading Lawyers for Business, Michigan Super Lawyers, and Dbusiness magazine. Ms. Zelenock received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
