Cannabis Law Report and Cannabis Law Journal compiled the lawyers they believe to be the top 200 cannabis practitioners around the world via an annual survey of clients and lawyers in the cannabis legal services sectors and based on their reporting and editorial decisions for more than seven years. Scot is the Co-Founder of the firm’s Cannabis Practice, which launched over 10 years ago and includes more than 50 attorneys providing advice to clients in the cannabis sector. He has extensive experience in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and tax law, with a particular emphasis on regulated industries (healthcare, dentistry, medical cannabis, and beyond).
