Scot is the Co-Founder of the firm’s Cannabis Practice, which launched over 10 years ago and includes more than 50 attorneys providing advice to clients in the cannabis sector. He has extensive experience in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and tax law, with a particular emphasis on regulated industries (healthcare, dentistry, medical cannabis, and beyond).
