James Cleland was recently quoted in Life Sciences Intellectual Property Review’s article, “Supreme Court Hears Minerva v Hologiv Arguments.” The US Supreme Court is currently discussing the potential abandoning of assignor estoppel after hearing oral arguments in this case.
