Michael Beckwith was quoted in a Law360 article titled, “Nursing Exec Says $10.5M Fraud Penalty Excessive,” discussing a criminal antitrust case. Dickinson Wright was hired to conduct the sentencing and appeal. The case involves the first contested wage-fixing sentencing in the history of the United States. "He was convicted of lying . . . withholding information in the sale process, but still, he gave up something that everyone agrees is valuable. Solace actually got a deal on this.
