Daniel Waldman has been quoted in an article by The Globe & Mail, " Ontario moves to ban use of non-disclosure agreements in real estate transactions.” The article features Daniel’s insight on a recent restriction preventing confidentiality clauses to be used when dealing with client dispute settlement in Canada. He states that the use of these could “rub people the wrong way if they enter into an agreement, put a stop to the issues between them and then one side turns around and reports the other party to RECO.” To read the article, click here.
