Daniel Waldman has been quoted in an article by The Globe & Mail, " Ontario moves to ban use of non-disclosure agreements in real estate transactions.” The article features Daniel’s insight on a recent restriction preventing confidentiality clauses to be used when dealing with client dispute settlement in Canada.
