Daniel Waldman has authored an article in Real Estate EXchange (RENX), "What you should know about Canada's prohibition on foreigners acquiring residential real estate.” Daniel’s article discusses the Canadian Parliament’s newest statute that aims to help make residential real estate prices more affordable and accessible. “In a nutshell, the Act places prohibitions on non-Canadians from directly or indirectly purchasing residential property.
