Join Dickinson Wright and Attorney Richard Friedlander for the “Private Arbitration Update” presented by the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Beus Center for Law and Society’s W.P. Carey Armstrong Foundation Great Hall.
The “Private Arbitration Update” is a popular CLE program that has been attended by thousands of lawyers in its original and periodic “encore” presentations and updates. While the program focuses primarily on recent Arizona Appellate and Supreme Court cases addressing Arizona state’s RUAA and UAA, the program will also cover significant United States Supreme Court FAA cases. Mr. Friedlander will serve as one of the presenters at this event.
“Private Arbitration Update” provides an interesting, unique, dynamic and richly informative CLE experience for in-house counsel, lawyers in private law firms, government attorneys, arbitrators and academics who practice in, or are interested in, private arbitration matters.
