Reversed circuit court decision denying enforcement of a non-competition agreement on behalf of media-related company and Michigan Press Association. In reversing, the Michigan Court of Appeals adopted our position thereby clarifying Michigan law's definition of the "legitimate business interest" prong under the Michigan Anti-Trust Reform Act.

Received favorable arbitration award on behalf of Chinese supplier netting in excess of $2MM in savings to client.
