Yaosca practices in Commercial Real Estate and has a strong background in Residential Real Estate, Estates and Corporate. She has worked with several respected Toronto firms and taught Wills & Estates Law as a Part-Time Professor at Centennial College – The Business School Centre for Legal and Administrative Studies.
Yaosca’s experience allows her to manage acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and other real estate matters from beginning to end with care and efficiency. Her strengths include preparation of letters and documents, reviewing title searches to identify any issues and resolve same, conducting off-title searches, providing professional client service, and a deep working knowledge of various tools such as Teraview, Conveyancer, Unity, eCore and title insurance platforms.
