
Renae Pennington is an associate at Dickinson Wright’s Toronto office, where she focuses her practice on labor and employment law. Prior to joining the firm, she gained practical experience in workplace law through her articling term and various legal research positions.
Renae earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa, where she was involved with the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC) and served as a research and teaching assistant in public and constitutional law. She also contributed to legal policy initiatives at the Law Commission of Ontario and the Centre for Law, Technology and Society. Renae is known for her analytical approach, effective communication, and ability to thoughtfully navigate complex legal and policy matters.
