Norvale Duerson is a Technical Advisor in Dickinson Wright’s Troy office. Before joining the firm, he held leadership roles in production management across a range of industries, where he focused on operational improvements, team coordination, and delivering consistent performance outcomes. Norvale’s strong business acumen and diverse background position him to help clients create value throughout the entire life cycle of Intellectual Property. He is currently pursuing his J.D. at Wayne State University Law School.
