Melissa is the firm’s Director of Canadian Operations and Legal Recruitment. Melissa is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment, integration, development and performance management of Canadian associates, articling students, and summer law students. She also plays a key role in the firm’s strategy and operations, contributing to the development and execution of initiatives that support overall business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Melissa began her career as a law student in the Toronto office, and practiced as an associate in the firm’s banking and finance group. Prior to rejoining the firm in her current role, she worked in-house at a real estate investment firm where she gained valuable business and operational insights.
Melissa is a member of several firm-wide committees, including the Associates Committee, Mentorship Council, and the Diversity Committee.
