Melissa is the Director, Professional Resources and Development in the Toronto office. Melissa is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment, integration, development and performance management of our Articling Students and Summer Law Students. Melissa also manages the recruitment, professional development and training of legal professionals in the Toronto office.
Melissa began her career as a Summer Student in the Toronto office, and practiced as an Associate in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Group. Prior to rejoining the firm in this role, she worked in-house at a real estate investment firm.
Melissa is a member of several firm-wide committees, including the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Associates Committee.
