In his corporate law practice, Mark Ryerson advises clients on a variety of transactional matters. He represents buy- and sell-side entities in all types of M&A transactions across a number of industries, specifically including the financial sector. Mark also handles equity, debt, subdebt, SAFE and convertible debt securities offerings on behalf of start-up and established issuers, institutional investors and placement agents.

Mark has particular experience assisting financial institutions, entrepreneurs, investors, and emerging and established businesses with all legal aspects of the formation and growth process.
